Both the trainer and the trainee have an important role to play in making the training effective. An attractive and clear hand-written poster paper should be drawn in the visible space of the training room so that everyone can follow it. Here are some common rules to follow:

• Maintain arrival and departure in the training room on time.
• Keep the training room environment clean.
• Raise your hands to ask questions.
• Be punctual.
• Giving importance to the opinion of others.
• To provide necessary assistance in the work of the assistant.
• To actively participate in various session based activities.
• Perform various assigned tasks responsibly.
• Spontaneous questioning and answering questions.
• Not talking to yourself while talking to others.
• Provide thoughtful feedback.
• Don’t talk unnecessarily with the side participant.
• Bring necessary folders, pads, pens etc. with you to the training room every day.
• Keep the mobile phone off or silence.
