1. How many types of animal class?

 Answer:

Categorizing all the different types of animals into classes makes it easier to study them and learn more about the animal kingdom. There are 2 animal classes and every animal in the animal kingdom belongs to one of them.

They are:

1. Vertebrates and

2. Invertebrates.

There are 5 types of vertebrates. Those are:

1. Amphibian.

2. Birds.

3. Fish.

4. Reptiles.

5. Mammals.

2. Write a short description about Flora and Fauna in Bangladesh.

Answer:

Bangladesh is well known for her natural beauty. It’s beauty lies on huge covered evergreen species of trees. There are more than 6,000 plant species in Bangladesh. Of the total number of plant species 3611 are flowering plants and 7 are gymnosperms.

Some fragrant famous flowers of Bangladesh are:

• Bokul,
• Champa,
• Sheuly,
• Kamini,
• Polash,
• Beli,
• Konok Chapa,
• Kath Golap etc.

Broad-leaf evergreen trees are:

• Banyan,
• Ashok,
• Barun,
• Sonalu,
• Bot,
• Shimul,
• Shirish,
• Shojna,
• Tall,
• Tomal,
• Telshur,
• Arjun,
• Mahogany,
• Debdaru,
• Chatim, etc.

Bangladeshi fruits trees are:

• Amra,
• Dalim,
• Chalta,
• Ceylon Olive,
• Wood apple,
• Jackfruit,
• black plum,
• Mango etc.

Bangladesh is well known for Mangrove trees which grow in the Sundarbans, are beautiful. In this forest grows so many trees like, Sundari, Gewa, Passur, Golpata etc. The plant species include 35 legumes; 29 grasses are found in Bangladesh.
